依托清華大學優質的研發資源，以及清控旗下紫光股份產業鏈集群優勢，由清華校友及小米生態鏈資深專家共同發起并初創于2017年。經過多年的研發與技術積累及行業沉淀，結合廣東省深圳市政府對先進流體應用提供的不可多得的產業環境，以及深圳市光明區科技創新局的大力支持，于2021年在光明區科學城片區成立智席流體(深圳)有限公司（以下簡稱“FEPFT”）。
Leveraging high-quality R&D resources from Tsinghua University and the industry chain cluster advantages of Zhiguang Holdings, FEPFT was jointly initiated and founded by Tsinghua alumni and senior experts from Xiaomi's ecological chain in 2017. After years of R&D and technology accumulation and industry sedimentation, combined with the rare industrial environment provided by Shenzhen Municipal Government for advanced fluid applications, as well as the strong support of the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Guangming District, Shenzhen, FEPFT was established in the Science City area of Guangming District in 2021.

FEPFT's products are designed based on the reliability requirements of the automotive-grade/industrial-grade/commercial-grade markets, and are currently widely used in many vertical segments such as automotive safety, medical health, and internet entertainment. As of the end of 2021, FEPFT's independent R&D has involved more than 170 patents, and various fluid application devices and products derived from related patents have been shipped globally for a total of over 23 million units.
